As a homeowner, you are automatically part of the association. Allowable through the Bylaws, we collect $150.00 yearly to cover expenses such as electricity, lawn care for the front entrance, water, repairs and maintenance as needed to fences and other needs. This fee is due by July 1st and can be mailed to the address below. Updates are frequently posted in our Facebook Community.
